Good Food

People in Jamaica and other caribbean islands roast breadfruit. The best way to deal with it is to "oil it down'  with some coconut oil.
Boil breadfruit is also very tasty in soups, or with a pot of good ole yams,sweet potato and pumpkins (other jamaican hard foods).

One of Jamaicans' favorite way to eat breadfruit is roasted, especially on wood fire. This way you get a good feeling when the
smoke gets in your face and also it give the breadfruit a better taste.
