National Water Commission

Well, as promised I called the NWC in Kingston and told

them my dilema,The first thing the lady said is that

" How sure am I that the water was not consumed?

Well, I said the property is vacant as the owners are abroad and the

meter reading that was taken in March still remains the same on the meter outside.
Well, she said, tell your representive in jamaica to dispute the bill
and insist that someone goes to the property and take a meter reading
as all the reading are estimated.
Come on peeps, Does NWC not have staff to visit properties and take meter readings
be it once every quarter?
